Lamb Loin Chops
A great cut of lamb year round.
The key with cooking is the heat and only flipping it once. Apply a light coat of oil to the lamb and cook over a medium - high heat. Once there is moisture showing on the top from the cooking then turn using tongs only, avoid piercing the chop as it will release the moisture.
These vary between 150grams - 200grams you will receive approximately 1kg which will be 4-6 chops.
